Describe the problem in your own words. The assistant asks a few questions so the committee gets the facts.
After you submit, you receive a tracking code. We show it once and cannot restore it, so save it.
Enter the code on this page to see the status and the committee's notes. No login needed.
No account, no login. We do not store your name, Telegram ID or IP address with your complaint.
The assistant uses an external AI service. Do not write your own name, phone or contacts. Such data is removed automatically, but it is not needed.
Paste your free key from aistudio.google.com to enable the AI dialogue. The key is kept only in this browser tab, is sent over this connection with each message and is never stored on our server.
Warning: the key belongs to your Google account, so Google can link your messages to you. On the free tier Google may also read them. If you need full anonymity, do not use a key: the portal works with built-in rules, or write to the Telegram bot.
If your case is outside our mandate, the assistant tells you and points you to the right university service.
We do not store your name, Telegram ID, IP address or the exact time. What you write in the text is your choice, so leave out details that identify you.
The code cannot be restored, because we keep only a hash of it. Submit the complaint again and mention that it repeats an earlier one.
Only CEC members, in a password-protected panel.
No. The assistant only helps you describe the problem and suggests a category. Fixed rules check whether the case is within the CEC mandate, and the committee decides.
When the AI assistant is on, your messages go to an external AI service after emails, phone numbers and links are removed. If you need full anonymity, use the built-in rules or the Telegram bot.
Yes. The bot @KBTU_StudentHelper_bot works with the same system and gives you the same kind of code.
